ON THE VINE - Martha's Vineyard

ON THE VINE is a four day fundraising execution on Martha’s Vineyard for life saving kidney research.

This first of many to come ON THE VINE entertainment and fundraising executions is designed to bring to Martha’s Vineyard and Santa Barbara once per year, a unique experience fusing talent and social expression.

ON THE VINE takes over a five acre vineyard estate to feature phenomenal new and recognized talent, present a fusion of jazz and R&B with live visual art forms and fashion runway, a soulful evening in classic black concert, and a brunch that brings together the who’s who living and vacationing on the island for a fundraiser with a purpose.

ON THE VINE will launch a comprehensive two-pronged communication plan to generate awareness for both the medical breakthrough on kidney disease and the high profile events.  Our overall objective is to build broad awareness and sustainable engagement on a national platform to motivate financial support for our efforts such that we can achieve our research goals.  Outreach to communicate research achievements and the events will include: A publicity campaign with media partners including syndicated radio shows, a social media campaign on Facebook Twitter, Pinterest, and other relevant sites leveraging the celebrities for the events to help "tell" the story.  Other outreach support will be morning news shows, news talk shows, daytime talk shows, late night talk shows, entertainment news shows, news talk shows, radio talk shows, community & national newspapers, national news & entertainment magazines, health & lifestyle programs, and word of mouth.

I Love Music Tour - www.ilovemusictour.com

Founded in 2007 by Michael Butler, the I Love Music Foundation was created to fill a large void. With more than 9 years of working closely with high school programs as the Executive Director of the Teal Sound Drum & Bugle Corps of Jacksonville, FL, Butler has seen firsthand how budget cuts and lack of awareness of the many benefits of school music programs has dwindled the size of most music programs.

In 2009, Butler joined forces with Bill Cottam, co-founder of The Crocs Next Step Campus Tour, to elevate the mission to a national level. Over the past few months, the two have worked feverishly to build the tour and create other events that will raise money and promote the mission of the foundation. The I Love Music Foundation will work year-round to make this vision a reality and give students across the nation the opportunity to continue their music education.
